Hello, my name is Violet and I personally understand how being overweight can affect every aspect of your life. I have been an advocate of living the healthiest lifestyle possible for over 20 years, however at times I struggled with keeping the weight off. It is now my passion to help others with the two main reasons why we have weight issues; emotional/behavioral, as well as physiological.  The use of Subconscious Restructuring® has become fundamental in regard to our whole overall program and our clients permanent success. I truly believe the nutritional education we provide along with this coaching modality affects permanent change!

Since incorporating this program in my life I have maintained a healthy weight and have a renewed energy and zest for life. I learned that it is never too late to improve your self-image, your health and your life. It has brought me great joy over the past few years to help many others do the same….achieve their goals and live their life to the fullest and healthiest! Coach I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to assist my clients lose those last frustrating 15lbs or begin the journey of losing 200lbs.
