Clarissa A. Kussin is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, she specializes in blood sugar and weight management, natural sports nutrition and longevity. Clarissa is also a Certified Functional Movement Specialist and Mindful Yoga Therapy Practitioner. Her passion for plant-based nutrition, fitness, and health inspires her clients to take charge of their health and create positive, sustainable changes. She specializes in clean, plant based nutrition to enhance energy, longevity, and athletic performance. Clarissa empowers her clients to be proactive about their health! She helps her clients achieve their health goals including weight loss, improved digestion, stress reduction and exercise. She is a graduate of Lees McRae College and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is certified by Cornell University in Plant Based Nutrition. She has 12 year old twins, 3 dogs and 12 chickens!
