 Hi my name is Lauren White,

I have been mentoring and counseling for 10 years. It has been my passion to help others find the answers they are looking for and take control of their life.  I am able to help others put their lives in balance, gain back control, and recognize whats is not working in their lives. You no longer have to accept that systematic auto pilot behavior that continues to sabatoge your efforts. By utilizing the tools and techniques of SR daily I have been able to change over my own life, mentally, physically, and emotionally.  I am able to attract all I desire and live a quality balanced life despite what goes on around me because I am in control.

I have assisted many clients to change their minds over and restructure the subconcious.    I also have pursued to expand my knowledge of Natural Healing.
